明年金融投資進行求美(mei)者網絡投訴解析意見書(shu)

22年(nian)，沭(shu)陽農商行系統(tong)結(jie)案(an)各(ge)校園營(ying)銷渠(qu)道(dao)消(xiao)耗者申訴(su)133件，較2019同一時間(jian)才(cai)能減(jian)少(shao)296件，走低(di)68.99%，辦結(jie)率(lv)100%。平均的每服務(wu)點(dian)月投訴(su)舉報量為0.24件，匿名舉報量較往年(nian)盈虧呈看不出增漲大趨勢，最主(zhu)要(yao)實(shi)際(ji)情況(kuang)如下圖所示：

一(yi)、按(an)投(tou)(tou)訴(su)(su)信工作續辦流(liu)(liu)通渠道(dao)分類整(zheng)理。從申訴(su)(su)業務量續辦推廣渠道(dao)看(kan)，最大的(de)(de)為(wei)開店實地申訴(su)(su)107件，占(zhan)朋友投(tou)(tou)述量的(de)(de)80.45%；自助機具匿名舉報(bao)11件，占(zhan)買家(jia)客(ke)戶(hu)投(tou)(tou)訴(su)(su)處理量的(de)(de)8.27%；中、后業務流(liu)(liu)程(cheng)推廣方式客(ke)戶(hu)投(tou)(tou)訴(su)(su)15件，占(zhan)企(qi)業網(wang)絡投(tou)(tou)訴(su)(su)量的(de)(de)11.28%。

二、按舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)銷售(shou)(shou)品類(lei)(lei)(lei)進(jin)行分(fen)類(lei)(lei)(lei)。從(cong)舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)銷售(shou)(shou)品類(lei)(lei)(lei)看，建行貸款類(lei)(lei)(lei)銷售(shou)(shou)舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)47件(jian)，占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)友舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)量的(de)(de)35.34%；建行卡類(lei)(lei)(lei)銷售(shou)(shou)舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)27件(jian)，占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)友舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)量的(de)(de)20.30%；百(bai)姓(xing)幣(bi)存(cun)款銷售(shou)(shou)帶來的(de)(de)舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)11件(jian)，占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)友舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)量的(de)(de)8.27%；支(zhi)付寶支(zhi)付結款類(lei)(lei)(lei)銷售(shou)(shou)舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)5件(jian)，占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)友舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)量的(de)(de)3.76%；中央銷售(shou)(shou)類(lei)(lei)(lei)舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)4件(jian)，占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)友舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)量的(de)(de)3.01%；百(bai)姓(xing)幣(bi)經營1件(jian)，占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)友舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)量的(de)(de)0.75%；同一類(lei)(lei)(lei)舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)38件(jian)，占(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)朋(peng)友舉(ju)(ju)報(bao)量的(de)(de)28.57%。
